Crypto transaction statuses
In Safe2transact, each crypto operation has a Status so you can quickly see what’s happening. You’ll commonly see these statuses: Completed, Failed, Scheduled, In progress, Unsuccessfully verified.

Note on blockchain hash (TXID):
- A hash/TXID is shown for Deposit and Withdraw, because those are blockchain (on-chain) transactions.
- Buy / Sell / Swap usually won’t show a hash, because these are trading operations and may not produce a single on-chain transaction you can track.
Completed
What it means: The operation finished successfully.
What to do:
- For Deposit / Withdraw: you can usually view the hash/TXID in the transaction details and use it to track the transfer on the blockchain. Safe2Transact supports storing the transaction hash from Fireblocks updates to enable a blockchain link.
- For Buy / Sell / Swap: you’ll see the result in your balances and transaction history, but no TXID is expected.
In progress
What it means: The operation is currently being processed. This can include internal processing and security checks as part of Safe2transact’s authorization approach.
What to do:
- Wait a few minutes and refresh.
- For Deposit / Withdraw, the hash/TXID may appear once the transfer is sent/registered.
Scheduled
What it means: The operation is queued and will be executed automatically.
What to do:
- No action needed — it should move to In progress when processing starts.
- If it stays scheduled for too long, contact support with the transaction reference.
Unsuccessfully verified
What it means: The operation was not completed because a required verification step did not succeed (for example, verification failed or wasn’t completed in time). Safe2transact uses an authorization/verification flow to confirm actions before they are finalized.
What to do:
- Start the operation again and complete verification carefully.
- If this happens repeatedly, contact support.
Failed
What it means: The operation did not complete.
What to do:
- Open the details (if available) and check for any message shown.
- Try again after reviewing:
- destination address + network (for withdraw);
- available balance (including fees).
- If it keeps failing, contact support and include the transaction details.
Quick troubleshooting
“Completed” but no hash is shown
- If it was Buy / Sell / Swap → this is expected (no on-chain hash).
- If it was Deposit / Withdraw → open details again; if still missing, contact support. (A hash can be stored from Fireblocks status updates for linking to the blockchain).
