Updating legal/residential address
It’s important to update your account if your address changes.
- In Safe2transact wallet, go to the Account section.
- Open the Personal Information subsection.
- Click on Request a change.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to submit your request to Customer Support.
If you change your country of residence, additional identity verification and KYC checks may be required. Your updated information will appear in your account once it has been successfully verified.
Changing your country may affect available services due to regulatory requirements.
