Viewing and filtering your card transactions
Every payment made with your Safe2transact Visa card is logged and available to view in the portal. Whether you want to check a recent purchase, review your spending history, or look up a specific transaction, your full card transaction history is always accessible.
Where to find your card transactions
Navigate to the Cards section of your dashboard. Your transaction history is displayed below your card details, showing your most recent activity first. Each entry shows the merchant name, transaction amount, currency, and the date and time of the payment.
Filtering your transaction history
If you are looking for a specific payment or want to review a particular period, you can filter your transactions by date range. This makes it easy to find what you are looking for without scrolling through your entire history.
Understanding transaction entries
Each card transaction entry shows the following information:
- Merchant name — the name of the shop, service, or website where the payment was made
- Amount — the value charged to your card, shown in the transaction currency
- Date and time — when the payment was processed
- Status — whether the transaction was approved, pending, or declined
What if I don’t recognise a transaction?
If you see a charge you do not recognise, first check whether it could be from a subscription service, a pending pre-authorisation (such as a hotel hold), or a payment made by someone you have shared access with. If you still cannot identify it, please contact our support team and we will investigate it for you.
