Updating legal/residential address

It’s important to update your account if your address changes.

  • In Safe2transact wallet, go to the Account section.
  • Open the Personal Information subsection.
  • Click Edit next to your existing address and update your details.
  • Attach proof of address.
  • Confirm the change.

If you change your country of residence, additional ID verification and KYC steps will be required. Your updated information will appear once it has been successfully verified.

Changing your country may affect available services due to regulatory requirements.
