Updating citizenship or passport

If your citizenship has changed—meaning your country of citizenship is different—a full KYC (Know Your Customer) check will also be required to verify and update your information in accordance with regulatory requirements.

How to update:

  • Go to the Account section.
  • Open the Personal Information subsection.
  • Click Edit next to the citizenship field.
  • Enter your new citizenship (if required).
  • After submitting the change, complete the ID verification process to finalise and confirm the update.
  • If prompted, complete the KYC check.
