Password reset

The password reset process is a critical component of account security, enabling users to securely regain access to their accounts when login credentials are forgotten or compromised. At Safe2transact, the password reset system is designed with layered security to protect users’ personal information and financial data. Users are advised to follow the official reset instructions, avoid sharing reset links, and immediately update their passwords if they suspect any unauthorized activity.

To reset a password from Safe2transact wallet login page:

1. On the sign-in page, click on Forgot password?
2. You will receive an email with a password reset link.
3. Open the email and click the reset link.
4. Create a new password for your account.

To reset a password from Safe2transact wallet:

1. Go to Security section → Change password.
2. Enter your current password.
3. Enter your new password.
4. Confirm the new password.
5. Save the change.
