Know Your Customer questionnaire update
The Know Your Customer (KYC) Questionnaire section allows users to view the most recently submitted KYC questionnaire along with all previously provided responses.
This ensures full transparency and gives users easy access to the information used to verify their account.
If any of your details change over time—such as income level, transaction patterns, or expected countries of payment flows—you can update your KYC information at any time directly through your Safe2Transact wallet.
How to review or update your KYC information:
- Log in to your Safe2transact wallet.
- Go to Account section.
- Select Know Your Customer Questionnaire subsection.
- Click on each question to see your previous answers.
- Press Edit KYC questionnaire to update your answers.
- Submit the form.
Once your updates are reviewed and verified, you will receive an email confirmation.
Keeping your KYC information up to date helps us maintain accurate risk assessments and meet regulatory compliance requirements, ensuring that your account activity remains aligned with your current financial profile.
