How to update personal information
Users can update their personal information directly in the Account section of Safe2transact wallet. This includes changes to name or surname, phone number, address, and citizenship.
Please note that some updates may require you to complete ID verification and KYC checks again in order to validate the new information.
If you’re unable to make changes in the portal or need additional assistance, you can also update your details by submitting a request through the Contact us web form. A member of our Customer Support team will review your request and guide you through the process.

| Residential / legal address (same country) | Proof of address dated within the last 3 months |
