Files section

The Files section provides a centralized location where users can view all documents submitted to Customer Support or the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) team after onboarding—for example, additional proof of address, identity documents, or supporting evidence provided during reviews.

Please note that files uploaded during the initial onboarding process are not displayed in this section.

Only documents supplied later, as part of follow-up requests or manual reviews, will appear here for reference.
