Did not receive the confirmation SMS or email?

If you haven’t received your confirmation SMS or email after creating a new account, please follow the steps below.

Confirmation SMS not received

If you have just created an account and haven’t received the confirmation SMS after 30 minutes:

  • Make sure you entered the correct phone number during registration.
  • Click on Resend code button to request a new verification SMS.
  • Ensure your mobile phone has network coverage and can receive messages. 

Confirmation email not received

If you haven’t received your confirmation email after 30 minutes:

  • Verify that you entered the correct email address during registration.
  • Check all your mailbox folders – including Spam, Promotions, or other folders.
  • Click on Resend Code button in your Safe2transact wallet if the email still hasn’t arrived.

  • Add our address to your contacts or safe senders list.
  • Mark Safe2transact emails as “Not Spam” or “Trusted.”
  • Make sure your email inbox is not full. Delete old emails or increase your mailbox storage.
  • Try accessing your mailbox via a different device, browser, or email app.
  • If using a mobile device, disconnect and reconnect to your mailbox.
  • Ensure you’re still logged in — sometimes you may be logged out due to a password change.
  • Check your internet connection and switch networks if possible.

Still Not Working?

If you still haven’t received your confirmation SMS or email after following these steps:

  • Contact Safe2transact Customer Support via our Contact us form or email us at support@safe2transact.com.
  • Please include your registered phone number and email address so we can assist you faster.
