Did not receive the confirmation SMS or email?
If you haven’t received your confirmation SMS or email after creating a new account, please follow the steps below.
Confirmation SMS not received
If you have just created an account and haven’t received the confirmation SMS after 30 minutes:
- Make sure you entered the correct phone number during registration.
- Click on Resend code button to request a new verification SMS.
- Ensure your mobile phone has network coverage and can receive messages.
Confirmation email not received
If you haven’t received your confirmation email after 30 minutes:
- Verify that you entered the correct email address during registration.
- Check all your mailbox folders – including Spam, Promotions, or other folders.
- Click on Resend Code button in your Safe2transact wallet if the email still hasn’t arrived.
Our emails are sent from support@safe2transact.com. If you still don’t see it, your email provider may be blocking it. Try the following:
- Add our address to your contacts or safe senders list.
- Mark Safe2transact emails as “Not Spam” or “Trusted.”
- Make sure your email inbox is not full. Delete old emails or increase your mailbox storage.
- Try accessing your mailbox via a different device, browser, or email app.
- If using a mobile device, disconnect and reconnect to your mailbox.
- Ensure you’re still logged in — sometimes you may be logged out due to a password change.
- Check your internet connection and switch networks if possible.
Still Not Working?
If you still haven’t received your confirmation SMS or email after following these steps:

- Please include your registered phone number and email address so we can assist you faster.
