Account completion & closure
If the required details are not provided on time, we may be required to close your account. You will receive an email notification at least 60 days in advance to allow you sufficient time to take the necessary action.
You may also initiate the closure of your account at any time directly through your Safe2transact wallet.
To close your account, complete these steps based on your account needs:
Cash out your Safe2transact wallet and account balances to 0, which may take up to 5 business days. Send or forfeit balances that are too small to cover fees.

- Make sure all pending transactions are complete.
- Download reports for tax or accounting purposes.
- In Safe2transact wallet, go to Account section and click on Close account.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your request.
- Do not deposit or trade once your closure request is submitted: new deposits will not be refunded.
- Once confirmed, your account will be permanently closed and access to your funds, data, or transaction history will no longer be available.
- A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address once your account is fully closed.
