Tim attained his education in Belgium, specializing in taxation and accountancy, which now aids him as a prospective entrepreneur in establishing economic goals. With an extensive understanding of cryptocurrencies, blockchains, and their ecosystems, Tim possesses profound knowledge of their functionalities. Being an entrepreneur, he harbored a deep curiosity for these financial and technological advancements, leading him to engage in the cryptocurrency industry since 2015. Over time, this field has become his primary focus, and he is widely recognized as a reputable expert in crypto and blockchain. Tim has also provided assistance to various companies in their initial ventures into blockchain technology and virtual assets.

Johan acquired his technical education in the Netherlands, and through years of dedicated study, he gained extensive knowledge in areas such as megatronics. His expertise has been instrumental in assisting various multinational companies, including Pepsico and Lays, in their development, integration, and innovation endeavors, propelling these organizations to new heights. Johan’s pragmatic and optimistic outlook allows him to identify opportunities and effectively transform them into efficient products or production processes. He fearlessly embraces the challenge of reimagining complex concepts. Leveraging his technical background and holistic understanding, Johan plays a crucial role in overseeing the broader perspective at Safe2Transact. He excels in harmonizing diverse possibilities within the ecosystem, ensuring legal compliance and structural coherence.
Egidijus Čivilis
Money Laundering Reporting Officer
Egidijus obtained his education at Vilnius University, specializing in economics. He began his professional journey in the banking industry, starting as a SWIFT payments specialist. With over self 11 years of invaluable experience, Egidijus excelled in handling anti-money laundering issues during his tenure at Swebank. His dedication to staying at the forefront of industry knowledge is evident through his pursuit of continuous learning. He has completed compliance courses in Financial Technology Transfer Agency (ATTF) in Luxembourg and participated in other seminars and conferences. Continuing to broaden his expertise, he transitioned to various positions in different banks and fintech companies. He worked as a local manager, an Anti Money Laundering Reporting Officer, and even held a board member position. In addition to his achievements in risks management, led him to a directorial role in a company dedicated to the administration of real estate. Over a span of 5 years, he successfully managed the company’s operations, related risks, debts, etc., showcasing his skills in organizational management. Beyond his professional pursuits, Egidijus is an avid enthusiast of triathlon.

Ian has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Corporate banking and finance are his areas of expertise, but he also has experience in wealth management, corporate management, trust and insurance. Ian is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers. With his large local and international network, he has a drive to connect people.
As a former Banking Director, he is a seasoned professional with expertise in the financial industry. He leads and oversees various aspects of a bank’s operations, including strategic planning, risk management, and customer relations. His role involves shaping the company’s vision, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving financial growth. With his leadership, the company will navigate complex financial landscapes, promote innovation, and deliver value to both customers and stakeholders.
Andy Haywood

Andy Haywood was a Corporate Relationship Director for NatWest. He managed the banking relationships of three FTSE 100 PLC’S as well as several major financial services businesses. His primary areas of expertise are Corporate and Institutional Banking and Payments which commands an in-depth knowledge of Compliance and Anti Money Laundering legislative demands. Andy is passionate in building long term relationships with his can-do attitude.
Andy offers Safe2Transact regulatory expertise and risk assessment and helps the team with obtaining the best practices for customer due diligence.
With his experience he will assist to educate staff on AML procedures and compliance and collaborates with VASP leadership and legal teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
